Form Tie B9 System is a specialized load-bearing component in concrete wall formwork
A complete B9 Formwork Tie System requires Inner Unit B9, Plastic B9 cone, Form Tie outer unit, Flat rib washer, Hex nut and Rubber ring waterstop B9
During the assembly, a 12mm hole is drilled in the plywood for the plastic B9 cone. The inner unit goes through the panel, connects to the outer form tie and is secured with the washer and nut.
The Outer unit, Nuts and washer are fully reusable, The Inner Unit and Rubber Ring waterstop B9 is sacrificial and remains in the wall
