- Swellable Waterstop is a pre-formed strip used in concrete construction to seal joints and prevent water ingress. Instead of just acting as a physical barrier, it expands on contact with water to form a tight, compressive seal against the concrete
- Made from a butyl polymer combined with swelling agents, it expands upon contact with the water. This expansion generates pressure that seals the joint tightly against hydrostatic pressure, even on irregular surface
